   I have read (and re-read) Charles Kuralt’s “A Life on the Road” He came upon a road sign that said

   “NO LOAFING AFTER 10:00 PM
   NOCONGRETATING
   ON DRIVEWAY
   VIALTORS WILL
   BE PROSCUATED”.

   No joke! There is a picture of said sign! And that is in America, huh? LOL
